1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ShellMolly Construction (“ShellMolly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information collected through shellmollyconstruction.com, its inquiry forms, website chat and voice features, and related inquiry correspondence. Agentive CSA provides website and automation support; ShellMolly is the business receiving and responding to your construction inquiries.
2. Information collected
You may provide your name, email address, telephone number, project address or location, project type, timing, budget if requested, project description, and other information you choose to submit. Photos, plans, and documents you send in subsequent correspondence may also contain personal information. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card details, passwords, or other sensitive information through the inquiry form or assistant.
Website services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited, timestamps, referral information, and security or session identifiers. Our page counter sends the site identifier and page path to an Agentive CSA analytics endpoint to count page views. Hosting, security, form, and chat providers may process additional technical information to deliver their services.
3. Chat, voice, and automated assistance
Our website offers automated assistance. Messages and contact details entered into chat may be processed and stored in our customer relationship management system. If you choose a microphone or voice feature, your audio is transmitted to the voice service to process your request, and transcripts or conversation summaries may be created and retained. Whether audio recordings are stored depends on the voice service and its configuration; this policy does not assert that every interaction is recorded. Do not provide information you do not want processed through these services. You can instead contact ShellMolly by email or telephone.
Automated responses may be inaccurate. A ShellMolly representative must confirm project-specific information, pricing, scheduling, and commitments.
4. How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries; review estimate requests; discuss scope and project planning; maintain contact and opportunity records; send inquiry confirmations and project correspondence; operate and secure the website; understand website usage; and maintain records needed for business, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes. Submitting an inquiry is not enrollment in unrelated promotional email or text campaigns.
5. Providers and other disclosures
Information is made available to ShellMolly personnel who handle inquiries and projects and to providers supporting these functions. These include Agentive CSA for website, automation, and analytics support; HighLevel/LeadConnector for forms, customer records, messaging, and automated chat or voice services; Cloudflare for hosting and security, including bot protection where enabled; and relevant email, telecommunications, and technical providers. Providers may use subprocessors to deliver their services.
We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or to advisers involved in a business transaction subject to appropriate protections. Project information may be shared with relevant project professionals when needed to respond to your request or deliver work you authorize. Inquiry information is not offered for sale to unrelated advertisers. We do not authorize sharing email, telephone, or messaging-consent information with unrelated parties for their own promotional campaigns.
6. Cookies, storage, and tracking choices
Embedded forms, chat, bot protection, and hosting services may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies for security, session continuity, remembering information, and service operation. You can manage cookies and site permissions in your browser and revoke microphone access. Blocking these technologies may affect forms, chat, or voice features.
The website does not currently implement a separate response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. Embedded third-party services may collect technical or usage information when their content loads and may recognize your browser across sessions or other sites using their services, depending on their practices and your settings. Their privacy notices describe their processing. We do not represent that every third-party tracking activity is controlled by the website’s page counter.
Provider information: HighLevel Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
7. Email and telephone communications
When you request information, we may email or call you about your inquiry and related project matters. You may ask us to change your contact preferences using the contact information below. If promotional emails are sent separately, you can use their unsubscribe instructions. Necessary correspondence about an active project or legal matter may continue as appropriate. The current website estimate workflow sends email confirmations; it does not send customer SMS confirmations. Providing a telephone number is not, by itself, agreement to receive promotional texts.
8. Retention and security
We retain inquiry, correspondence, and project records for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including project follow-up, recordkeeping, applicable obligations, and resolving disputes. Retention depends on the record and whether a project proceeds; there is no single fixed retention period stated for every record. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and the services used, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate.
9. Your requests and California residents
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, or to change communication preferences. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes.
California privacy rights depend on the applicable law and whether its coverage requirements are met. Where applicable, rights may include knowing or accessing collected information, correcting it, requesting deletion, opting out of sale or sharing, limiting certain uses of sensitive information, and receiving nondiscriminatory treatment for exercising rights. This policy does not assume ShellMolly meets the California Consumer Privacy Act’s coverage thresholds. Send requests to the contact below; an authorized agent may contact us on your behalf, subject to verification and applicable requirements.
10. Children and external links
The website is intended for adults seeking construction services and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; their operators have their own policies and practices.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The updated version and date will appear on this page. Material changes will be identified here, and additional notice or consent will be provided where required. You can contact us with questions about a change.
